The spacious gympasium,"· 'which had been most pleasingly decorated by Monats O. Lesbirel and C. EL. Parideon, was utilised for the purpose and altogether the gathering was most successful. Selec tions were splendidly given by the band of the Sociedade Philharmonica, and Professor Gonzales; and songs ware admirably ren dared by Mr. L E. Lammart, Mr White, Mr W. G. Worcester, Mr E. B. Ayris Mr B. L. Bridger and Mr Goldsmith. Mr George Grimble was the socompaniet.
