Balore the Chief Justice Sir Francis Piggott, at the Supreme Court this morn. ing, the case in which Joao Marin Place da Silva sued Maria Antonia Placè da Silva with regard to the true construction of a will was bogun,
Sir Henry Berkeley, K.C., instructed Mr H.K. Holmes, appeared for the plaintiffs and the Hon. Mr H. E.. Pollock, E.C., instructed by Mr Otto Kong Sing defended. Sir Henry Berkeley said that this wass friendly action rendered noeraiary in order that the true construction might be placed on the will of the late Mr da bifre, through the inability of the widow, exdentor and trustee being unable to decide the question. The principal clause in dispute was clause but the other clauses would also have to be read.
