The "Manchester Dispatch" solemnly records a story in that murky city as illustrating the difficulties besetting the paths of missionaries to the Chinese. There has been a movement to bring together the Chinese community in Mane chester, each them Engish and bring them under Christian: infcence. Well, the other day only one Chinaman turucu up at the religious sorrice.
