In these circumstants the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has decided to ask the sanction of the Secretary of State for the Colonies to defrag half the cost out of the Colony's SOLE PROPRIETORS of Takashima, reserves, and at the same time His Ex- Oehl, Shinner, Namaests and Hojo Colcellency proposes to temporarily increase Iteries; and
Light Dues on ocean going vessels to 22 SOLE AGENTS for Miyao and Kiehldake et per ton sad on river steamers to Ocala.
