Among the articles are the following: Tho division of ambassadors and ministers will be into grades with varying salarios. Tho amounts necessary for houso rent, couriers, medical expenses, guards and transporta- tion of ministers to and from their posts will be defnyed by the Foreign Offico in Peking, and the salaries to be given will be for personal use.
