A-MARITIME DISASTER,

And surely to those of us who are "exiles in a strange land," anything that wominds us of our long lands is a thing to be desired and duly appreciated One of the divent results of these perindion] shows; should be to stimulate many others to try and grow home flowers, and thus help to remind themselves of the lands of their

In food-stuff, 59,319 piculs of rice ; 22,584 pels of flour: 6627 pels, of hears and pens; and 73 pels. of hecho-de-már have been imported.
In Exports the chief items are 27,600 pieces. af hemp buge and 1800 of hemp sacking; 1176 pels of sugar candy; 1675 pels. of paper; and 549 pels. of tobacco,
