A high pressure area is over E. Jagan, and pressure is still in defect over the Pacific to the 8.E. of the Louchons - It appears to be slightly low also over the midillo part of the Chin Sea.
Moderate or fresh N.E. and E. winds may be expected in the Fornos Channel, and the N. part of the China Sen.
Hongkong rainfall forthe 24 hours ond ing at 10a.m. today, 0.10 inches.
Forecast for the 24 hours ending at noon to BIOFTOW.
