Rowdy Soldiers,
The Hankow correspondent of the Shang. hai Mercury wrote in February, 18 :-} What might have been a serious riot occurred in the British Settlement on Thursday, the 14th inst. It seems that 200 native Boldlers crossed the river from Wachang for the New Year fallifications.
