They are especially built for the tropics, with very large well ventilated cabins, amidship, lighted throughout by electricity, fans provided in "esch cabin. The bertha are not arranged one above the other as it has boon the fashion hitherto, but the staterooms closely resemble ordinary sleeping rooms on shore, the borthy standing like buda at either side of the cabins.
