DUMA DEMANDS VENGEANCE.
There was tumultuous session of the Dum on June 14. President Monromtreff announced that the public prosecutor had initiated a prosecution of Deputy Ulianoff for a prose offense, and had demanded his exclusion from the House during the trial Coming on top of the recently announced Intention to prosecute 14 members of the Duma, the supotboement raised angry protests. The speakers violently denounced the Government's obvious parpose to exert pressure on the judges to imprison members of the Dams on any pretext. The applica Hon for M. Ulanoff's suspension was ru fused. The inoldent was a bad preparation for the reception of Gen. Pavlod, who, on behsil of the Ministry of War, made a long expected answer to the interpolatiens in reforenes to the oight men executed at Riga and impending executions there and at Sevastopol. Gen. He said the executions were carried out under military law, and the Minister of War was not empowered to interfere with the decision of the courts or the course of justice.
