Hongkong Tides. Che Tide Table given below has been sompiled by the Nautical Almanac Ofice in London from the reult of the analgale of observations taken by means of an ap- tematie tide-recording machine in the Wa ter Police Tarin at Tsim Sha Tsui during
the years 1887-8-9.
The zero of the table is Low Water Or dinary Spring Tides, which has been found
to be 2 feat bolow nean sea level.
To obtain the depth of water on the tide gango at the Victoris Naval Yard add & ft.
7 in, and on the gunge at Inemont Dock, Aberdeen, add 12 ft. 9 in. to the brighi given in the table.
