A daring robbery has just been report ed to the police by Captain G. S. Woigall, of the 4.4. Zoongsang, which arrived from Manila yesterday morning. Itappenes that yesterday Captain Weigl drew money from the Bank and paid his crew their wages for the month, after which he locked -considerable sum of exmoy, about $700 in all, in the top right-hand drawer of his little writing cabinet among a lot of private papers, some of which being receipts for money owing him and wore of considerable valdo to him.
