ARRIVAL OF THE TORPEDO BOAT DESTROYERS. H.M.S. Porpoin, with the two torpedo bout destroyers, arrived in the harbor this morning. The Porpoise met the destroyers at Colombo, and conveyed them via Bioga- 019 and Baigun to Hongkong. On the 11th December the convoy left Singapore in fine weather, with which they were favoured until the evening of the following day, when they experienced a heavy mon- soon, and on the Sunday shelter was sought at Paulo Condore.
