Mr Sim is a well-known sporting man, and is known personally to many in Hongkong, so that the cha ritably disposed among the European residents in Hongkong may be certain that if their contributions are forwarded the Kobe Relief Committee the money will be carefully and properly laid unt for the benefit of those whom it is in- tended to relieve.
