On Saturday afternoon, thirteen members turned out to shoot in the Company's eighth Monthly Carbine Competition for its Championship Challenge Cup and Handicap Sweepstakes over the 200, 400 & 500 Yarda distances on the Police Brage, Kowloen, which bad been kindly leat for the occasion by the Captain Baperintendent of Police.
The afternoon, though fine, was not u favourable one for shooting, a strong and wind together with a dail and gasty wis changeable light proving vory troublesome to many of the markswen, who found it impossible to do so woll as might here been expested of them under more favour able conditions,
