THE OTTAWA CONFERENCE The Ottawa Conference has adopted a motion in favour of the extension of the proposed, British Pacific Cable to the Cape of Good Flope. A motion in favour of Im- perial sanctments, to enable the Colonies to agree to ammercial reciprocity, was also adopted.
