Whooler, the Superintendent of the Company, has been for many years engaged in developing watch-making machinery, and the testimonials from his former employers toctify to his basincsa ability, skill and Integrity. The machinery of which the founders are possessed has been perfected ander his superintendance and a considerable part thereof is of his invention.
