Mr P. H. Wheeler, the Superintendent of the Company, has been for many years engaged in developing watch-making machinery, and the testimonials from his former employers testify to his business ability, skill and integrity. The machinery of which the founders are possessed has been perfected under bla superintendenco and a cosmidorable part thereof is of his invention.
