The Middle Ground Uppor Buoy will be shifted to a spot from which Klutoan Bea con beara S. 12" W. distant about 2 where it will mark the port side of the channel entering, and the north-western Land of the long tongue or shoal into which the former Middle Ground has developed. This buoy will be painted black and sur- mounted by a black cylindrical cage.
A red conical-buoy surmounted with a black spherical eage, and to be known se the South-east Knoll Buoy, will mored [with Small Kintoan Beacon S. 87° W. distant about 2 mites] off the outer er Beaward end of the Southeasternmost of a line of knolls which are developing off the south-western side of Blockhouse Shoal. This buoy will mark the starboard side of the channel entering.
All bearing are magnetic.
