The Debentures will be issued bearing a face value of 8250 each nude payable to bearer and carrying interest from the lat day of October 1891 at the rate of 5 por dentim per annum, payable half-yearly an the 1st day of April had the les day of Oc- tober at the Ofica of the Hoagkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Hongkong, or His branches, at the current rate of Ex- change upon presentation of the Compone attached to the debenture. The terms of subscription for uach debanturs are as fol- lows:-$5 per cent, on application and the balance on 1st day of October 1881.
