of $500,000 in 5 per cent, Mortgage Debentures of $250 aach. Those dobontores are issued in order to repay the money tam. porarily borrowed by the Company.
The loan will be secured by a floating first charge on the undertaking of the Com pany and all its property present and futare, including any eventual increase of capital for the time being.
