Re-examined-All other claims against 7 Sai Wan had been paid through wit, who had received in all from $10,000 to $18.000 for that paryoso. The greater pod of this amonut had boon pad by Wong Tin K and Ho Ting; witness could not say the exact amount.
Ho Ting stated that she paid 17 Sai Wan for the shares on their being transferred to her.
Wong Tun Ku corroborated.
His Lordship said he saw no reason to doubt the statement of Ho Ting that the ahares in dispute were purchased by her. That being so he held the transaction to bo = bong fide one. Ho found therefor that it had not been proved to his satisfaction that the shares now belonged to C Sui Wao or that he had any interest in thou. Judgment for the claimants, with corte.
