THESE DEBENTURES are issued in order to provide funds for paying off oxisting Mortgages, amounting to $300,000, for the erection and completion of the new

Each DERENTURE will be issued at par for the sam of 8500 payable to Bearer, and will carry Interest from the 19th April, 168, at the rate aforesaid, payable half- yourly, on the 19th October and the 19th April, on presentation at the Office of the Company.
