At the present time, when one of the most absorbing topics of the day in Hong kong is the case of the prevailing sickness, it will be interesting to reproduce, what we baiteve to be one of the uarliest mediest opinions given upon Hongkong Fever. De Dill, the gentlama who gives the opinion (see Tarcant's History of Hong kong, p. 65), was, we believe, one of the first European practitioners who resided here; and the paper, as printed below, we road in 1845 before the then existing Clún
