1986 at Noon, the Company's per S.S. AMAZONE, Commandant BONNEFOY, with MAILS, PASSENGERS, SPECIE, and CARGO, will leave this Fors for the

Cargo and Specia will be registered for Loudou as well as for Marseilles, and so, Applications are invited for $230,000 in copted in transit through Marseilles for the
places of Europe.
$7 per cent. Mortgago Debentures of $500 orders will be granted until
each. These Debentures are issued in order to repay the money temporarily borrowed by the Company for the purchase of the property presently mentioned.

Cargo will be received on board until 4 p.m., Specie and Parcela until 3 s. on the 27th December, 1836. (Parcels are not. to be sent on board; they must be left a the Agency's Office.)
Company ars doing a large and in oreasing business as Hotel Keepers and re- quire an extension of their praises. They havo accordingly agreed to purchase the block of buildings situate on the Praga, inquired, the occupation of Mesara Melchors &e., and registered in the Land Office as the Romaining Portion of Marine Int No. 7. For the price of $12,500. The property measures ch the Norths 108 feet 6 inches or thorenaute, on the South 104 feet or there- cuts, on the East 176 feet or thereabouts and on the West 170 feet or thereabouts, and it is intended to erect without delay on the said promises a new wing for the Hotel at an estimated cost of not lose than $10,000.
The loan will be secured by a frat charge on the said property, which, by a lease dated the 31st December, 1881, was denised to Mr F. W. Painers for five years from that date at the annual rental of $10,000, the Lesser paying in addition rates and taxes.
