The cracker dring awas in connection with the dragon proccasion which has been traversing and obstructing the main thoroughfaren of the city during the last three days. The defendants all adatted the charge, and a fine of $5 esch
was imposed, in default seven days' hard labour. The men wore all allowed out to get the necessary funds with which to

note, Mr Bowles, from the office of Mesam Wotton and Desoon, appeared for the plaintiff and the defendant admiting tho debt judgment was entered for plaintiff. A few minutes after, Mr Wilsan, ale of and Messrs Wotton and Deacon's office, came into Court, and Mr Caldwell, who was abo ia Court, mentioned that he was engaged for the plaintiff in o auit in which Mr Wilson appeared for the defendant who was the same man ngainst whom Mr. Bowles had just obtained judgment.
