The only agreements in existenco affect ing the undertaking are --
(1) An agreement dated the 20th day of April 1885, whereby Mr ANDZEBON WRE appointed Manager for the on- and for struction of the Tramway the other purposes therein motion- od. The burden of this Agreement has been taken over by the Com- pany. This Agreement is open to Inspection at the Office of the Com- pany. (2) an Agresmens datod the Twelfth day of September, 1885. whereby Mr. BOULTON was appointed Resident Enguicer of the Peak Tramway, and this Agreement is also open to in spection at the Office of the Com pany Copies of the Prospectus and forms of Application for Shares can be obtained, and a copy of the Memorandula and Articles of Association, and plans and estimates, can be seen at the Office of the Company,
Half the number of shares are already taken up Application for the balance of the hares will be rece ved by the General Maungere up to, and inclusive of, the 16th day of October, 1885.
