In the following Statements and Tables the Hates are given in cents, and are, for Lettors per half ounce, for Books and. Paterna, per two ounces.
Newspapers over four ounces in weight are charged as double, treble, &c., as the case any bo, but such papers packets of papers may be sent at Book Bate. Two Novopapers must not be folded together as ong, nor must anything whatever bo inserted Printed cavept bout de Supplements.
