Fave reinforcements are now passing in large numbers through Singapore. In ad- dition to the two transports, with troops, which wo stated last night had arrived there, the French chartered transport Che ribon, with 1,000 Algerian Tirailleurs, for Tonquin, came into Singapore on the Zith Dec., and, having paled and provisioned at Tanjong Pagar wharf, left for Haiphong. The Chandernagore, with 1,000 troops of the Foreign Legion, and the Canton, with 1,500 men, were expected in a few days.
THE French cruia Volta left here yester day, and the cavette Neilly to-day, for Keelung, and at present there is no French man-of-war in the harbour. The transport Chulon, with reinforcements for Admiral

The delivery of the China Afasia com-
