The Tramways are intended to be worked by Blesta Traction, such being much more economical, trustworthy, and under more efectual control, haring more posser of overcoming gradients, and giving better re- ults (pocaniary and otherwise) than house, compressed air, electricity or
other motive power,
The engines will be constrasted accord- ing to the Board of Trade regulations and will in no way be a nuisance, being almost noiseless, and having no machinery, smoke, or steag visible.
