3. Parcels are as a general rule forwarded by Private Ship, not by Contract Mail Packet. To India they are forwarded by the P. & O and Indian Mail Packota only, to Ceylon by P. & only. No respon sibility in accepted with regard to any parcel, unless Registered, and then only to the amount of $10.
