2. The following cannot be transmitted: Parcels insufficiently packed or protected, or liable to bo crushed (as bandboxes, &c.) Opium, Glass, Liquids, Explosive sub- stances, Matches, Indigo, Dyestuffs, Icb, Meat, Fish, Game, Fruit, Vegetables, or likely to become offensive or injurious in whatever is dangerous to the Mails, or transit.
