The visit to this Colony of this Japanese Prince, the head of the Arisguna branch of the Imperial Family of Japan, is an moident which may fairly be recorded as possessing some importance, in view of the fact that H IH Prince Arisugawa is the highest dignitary of Japan who has as yet under taken a journey to Europe.
