1. Small Parcels may be sent by Post at Book rates between any of the Poet Ufoes in China or Japan, ka` weil se to Macao, Pakboi, Singapore, Penang, and Malaces. They must not exceed the following dimensions, 2 feet long, I foot bread, I foot deep, nor weigh more than may be wholly closed if they bear this PARCEL, CONTAINING NO LETTER, but any parcel may be opened by direction of the Postmaster General.

Money Order Regulations. 1-Money Orders are exchanged with the United Kingdom, New South Walo Queensland, Bouth Australia and Port Darvin, the Straita Settlements, Western Australia, and (except at Shanghai) with the Japanese Empire. Hongkong also Issues orders on Shanghal, and vice versa,
