Newspapers over four ounces in weight are charged as double, treble, &c., as the case may be, but such papers of packets or papers may be sent at Book Rato. Two Newspapers must not be folded together as Printed one, nor most anything whatever be inserted except bona fide Supplements. matter may, however, he enclosed, if the whole be paid at Book Rato. Local Parcel Post,
1 Small Parools may be sent by Fort at Book rates between any of the Post Ufices in China or Japan, as well as to Macao, Pakboi, Singapore, Penang, and Malacca. They must not exceed the following dimensions, 2 feet long, 1 fook 5lbs. The parcels may be wholly dobod broad, 1 foot deep, nor weigh more than if they bear this special endorsement, PARCEL, CONTAINING NO LEXTER, but any parcel may be opened by direction of the Postmaster General.
2. The following cannot be transmitted: or liable to be crushed (an bandbores, Parcels insufficiently packed or protected, de.) Money Order Regulations. 1-Money Orders are exchanged with the United Kingdom, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Port Durrin, the Straits Settlements, Western Australia, and (except at Shanghai) with the Japanese Empire. Hongkong also innes orders on Shanghai, and vice versa.
