Money Order Regulations. 1-Money Orders are exobanged with the Jnited Kingdom, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Port Western Darwin, the Straits Settlements, Australia, and (except at Shanghai) with the Japaneso Empire. Hongkong also issues orders on Shanghai, and vice versa.
