1. Small Parcels may be sent by Post between any of the Fort Offoon in China well as to Macso, Pak- or Japan, hoi, Singapore, Penang, and Malanca. They must not exceed the following dimen- sions, 2 feet long, 1 foot broad, 1 foot deep, nor weigh more than Sibs. The portage is 20 cents per lb., which includes Registra tion except to Japan, to which country. tey haing optional. The parcels may be wholly closed if they bear this special endorsement, PARCEL, CONTAINING NO LET- T, but any parcol may be opened by direction of the Postmaster General.
