Local Parcel Post.

1. Small Parcels may be sent by Post between any of the Post Ofices in Chios or Japan, as well as to Macao, Pak- hoi, Singapore, Penang, and Malacca. They must not exceed the following dimen. sions, 2 foot long, 1 foot broad, 1 foot deep, nor weigh more than 5lbs. The postage will be 20 cents per lb., which will include Registration. The parcels may be wholly meat, PARCEL, CONTAINING NO LETTER, but shy parcel may he opened by direction of the Postmaster General.
