NOTICE, TN Reference to the above, the "Under signed has LEASED the Chinese Mail from the 1st August, 1877, and has engaged the services of Mr LEONG YOOK CHUN, as Translator and General Manager of the newspaper, which under its new régime will be found to be, as hitherto, a ex- aellent medium for advertising, especially as the Manager is able to devote his whole attention to the conduct of the Newspaper.
