EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the SHAREHOLDERS of the above-named Company, will be Held at the Company's Office, No. 39, Queen'e Road, in the city of Victoria, Hongkong, on MONDAY, the 20th day of March next, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of passing cer tain Special Resolutions providing for the following alterations in the Constitution and Articles of Association of the Com- pany; viz. :--

in future managed by a Board of Directors and a Secretary instead of the former and General Agents as heretofore.
