His agreements with us render it a
produce of the mines, through others than wrongful act on his part, to supply the ourselves, or to give possession of any part, or to recover the proceeds thereof without our consent.
Our exclusivo right to supply, our present possession, and right to possession, sad our strofute right to claim and receive the proceeds of the produce of the Takashima Mines have never been waived by us.
We therefore formally warn all por chasers, and others concerned, not to pay.
