Bishop Raimondi's organ again returns
to the subject of the marriage ordinance on the 15th July and in its last issue. On the latter occasion, after modestly referring to the apparent excitement the publication of the Hongkong Register has created in all civilised parte of the world, expressing a feeling of "special joy" on being complimented by its contemporaries of India and Ceylon, and affording its readers the important information that it contemplatea exchanging a copy of the Register with Bishop Bonjean of Jaffna's publication, the Bishop's organi proceeds to urge the importance of all British colonies having, as far as pos xible the same legislation for Catholics, with special regard to marriages.
