C. Bowra, is not only historically valuable, but is also distinguished by its literary grace. Beside notices of new books relating to Chins and the East, which will be a useful feature of the Reviews, if carried out with punctuality and detail, we are glad to notice that "Notes" and "Queries" are destined to find a place in its pages also.
