AN OLD OFFANDER.
Chun Aying, a coolie, and Mok Ayu, car- panter, were charged with stealing an iron anchor, the property of a fisherman named Foong King Kok at Aberdeen. The first defendant was identified as having been in gaol on the 10th July 1876, on a sentence of ten months for larceny, Committed for trial at the Supreme Court.

ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE.
Regina v. Loro Achan and Lee Afal The prisoners were indicted for robbing ons Chaong Afook of $17, a silver tobacco bor and a penknife on the 26th August last in Bonham Strand at the junction of Mercer Street. A second count charged them with wounding the prosecutor at the time of the robbery with a dagger A third count charged the first prisoner alone with making an assault on a Chinese Lokong named Wong Achan with a dagger when he was arrested by the Constable.
The prisoners pleaded not guilty.
