A revision of the Share List will take place at the end of every three years, and for this purpose power will be given to the Directors by the Deed of Settlement to withdraw at the before-mentioned periods all or any of the Sharea held by Share. holders who have not contributed Promia or whose contributions during the preced- ing three years have not been in proportion to the number of Shares held.
