A revision of the Share List will take place at the end of every three years, and for this purpose power will be given to the withdraw at the before-mentioned periode Directors by the Deed of Settlement to all or any of the Shares held by Share- holders who have not contributed Premia or whose contributions during the preced. ing three years have not been in proportion to the number of Shares held.
Shareholders retiring from the Company
in pursuance of the above regulation, will be notified at least three months prior to the date fixed for any such revision of the Share List, and will have the option of dis posing of their Shares in either of the following ways
They will be at liberty at any time after receipt of notice of withdrawal, and prior to the date of revision, to sell their Shares to any person approved by the Company and accepted as the transferee;
