are Shipwrights, Blacksmiths, Boiler-makers and Machinery works, and everything recessary for the Bepairs of Sailing Vessels or Steamers.

The Company have also opened a Ship- yard by the side of the Hongkong Dock, and are ready to contract for the construc tion of Steamers or Sailing Vessels of any sizo.

At Whampoa the Company will take Ships

at reduced rates.
