E and those who opposed his policy that will now exist supposing the home instruc tions to be fairly observed will arise upon the question as to what amount it is necessary to mise under the licenses for the special purposes to which the money is to be applied, and which HR has enumerated. The present amount is admittedly too high, but H. E has undertaken that the question shall receive his careful attention.
Having thus referred to the matter which has been so fruitful a source of discussion, we may turn to that portion 1 p. c. dia of the Financial Statement which deals 29% produsively with the Revenue proper 15 p. pre 40 p. 6. dia of the Colony.
