MAILS BY THE “CHINA.”—__ The Contract Packet "CHINA" will be dispatched with the usual Mails for Europe, &e., on THURSDAY, the 29th Instant, at 9 A.M., and the Fost Office will be open for the reception of Ordinary Letters, Letters for Registra- tion, Newspapers, Books, &c., until 8 P.M. on the 28th Instant, Letters, dre, may be posted in the night box from 8 P.M. on the 28th Instant until 7A.M. on the following morning.
All Letters posted between 7 and 8 4.. on the 20th Instant will be chargeable, in addition to the usual postage, with a Late Fee of 18 vents.
