E quarter until approaching the Basbee lauds had light variable calmis, from 21st until 26th March On the Blet passed Battan Island in the China zea had moderate breezes from E. 5. E., 2nd April sighted Pedra Branca, then strong gale with heavy showers of rain and thick weather came to anchor at 6 p.m., after a passage of 42 days. Saw Do Vessel during the passage.
